Fed kept the interest rates unchanged from the Nov Fed meeting. But they hinted there is another rate increase in Dec, 3 hikes in 2018. It will be hard to expect much lower rates from the current level. But the ARM rate is still ok.
Just locked one Jumbo 30 yr fixed LTV 80% loan with the rate 4% for no closing cost at all. This is not a good rate compared to history lows, but still it is a very good rate.
Will head to New York today for the weekend marathon. I do not have any plan to PR, but I will enjoy the run. Will keep you updated.
