I mentioned serveral times that one of the best investment
is to investment in teh career.

I did lots of loans for whole who are successful in their career.
Sometimes they are "lucky" on the right job for the right
company, most of the times that did investment a lot of their
time, efforts on the job.

Last week, I tried to help my client to get HO6 insurance.
And the client got the referal from his friend and so we
contacted with the agent.

The 1st time, the agent got the coverage amount wrong;
the 2nd time, I told him that the policy was not correct.
And when I asked him to correct it, here is his reply:
"Are you trying to teach me something?".

It will be ok if he did it right. But the lender confirmed
that he was wrong and I was surprised that he did not
know how to quote and issue a policy for HO6 insurance,
which's very common now. So we get it done with another agent.

Maybe someday I should be an insurance agent. I can do
much better than most others.

A few years back, when I talked to my mortggae coach.
He did tell me: Be an expert on the mortgage industry
if you want to be succeful. That's what I am and trying to do now.
