Disputes on Credit Reports

Recently I have 3 loans with borrowers disputes with
some creditors, and they requested it to be resolved
prior to the loan docs. So if you have any disputes
with any third parties, please don't wait until you would
start the loan. It will delay the process.

This morning I got an article link about managing negative
thoughts in sports. Actually it is in almost all professionals.
If you think you can do it, you will try to do it,and eventually
you can do it. And if you think you can not do it, you will find
excuses to "prove" that you can not do it.

My recent trainings(see ericfang.blogspot.com) was really
bad. I do not know whether it was related to my negative
thoughts. Every Tuesday, prior to the workout, I would
think I could not do it, I can not run faster than the pace
7:10 or 7:20. And I could not do it(proved I could not do it).

This morning I had the running form training with another
coach. And he said that I looked tired, and he asked whether
I ran too much recently. And yes, I bumped my weekly mileage
from 40 miles to 50. So I think my negative thoughts came
from my tiredness? Maybe I should adjust my running schedules
over the weekend so that I have enough rest? Or have a
rest day every Friday? I need to think about it prior to the
next training season.
