5 Things Super Successful People Do Before 8 AM

This is article from Yahoo. I don't know whether it is true,
but I tried to get up earlier now. But most of the time
I just used for the exercise.

I got up at 5am twice a day(Thursday and Sunday) for the
running. And the changing of habit looks good for me,
so I started to get up 6am for Wednesday as well,
may try to push to 5;30am if possible. And then will try
another day for Tuesday.

The main reason for me is that I think getting up earlier
is good for my health. I used to work over 16 hours a day
for most of the days from the year 2008 to 2011. And I gained
weights, and the lost them all by running. After trying
to get up earlier, I can watch a little bit morning news,
and do some foam roller and I can even learn English for
30 minutes for an hour.

But in another word, am I getting older? I know the older
people used to get up early(I do have two friends get up
around 5am, but they were from military)
