Starting this year, there are more inquiries about ARM program. The main reason was that those clients who had low rates in 2010-2012 wants to refi soon. I just noticed my website viewers suddenly increased, not sure why. Normally the daily viewers are around 300 for the past a few years. And recently it increased to around 600 to 700 people.
