Extremely Busy the last a few days

I know this year business was slow. But I locked around 10 loans last week. half of them purchase, half of them refinance. For the purchase loans, most of them are for primary homes. And RE still strong for the spring.

Last week's interest rate was pretty good. Locked a few 5/1 ARM 2.875% for no closing cost loans, Rental High Balance 7/1 ARM 4.125%, still not too bad since 30 yr fixed rates are even higher.

When the interest rate is low, and the business is good, I focused more on the business, instead of the running. And I changed most of my running schedules to the afternoon.
I switched Thursday's 13 Miles run to Friday afternoon, and completed another 13/14 miles Saturday/Sunday. Felt very tired Monday, so I skipped the easy running, and finished another 11 miles Today.

There are 7 weeks left for the Boston Marathon Training. Sometimes, I felt my body is very tired, so I pushed a little bit(ran 51 miles for the past 5 days). And other times(like Monday), I was lazy and had an excuse for myself and just skipped the workout. The good thing is that I made it up today.

I read a book for the training of the good habits. One trick is to start easy, then increase the length a little bit more. Like for running, we need to tell the body that we will run for only 3 miles, and when the body is pleasant, then we can go more. I think I used the trick today. check out my training here, I started slow, then faster and faster for the next 6 miles.
