Talked to a tennis coach yesterday. He told me he would rather have the comments about himas a good coach, a strict coach or bad tempercoach than a nice coach. And he said that callinga coach as nice is not a commpliment at all.
Same for a mortgage originator. I don't like others call me a nice guy; I used to labelmyself as one of the mortgage professionalswith the most knowledge about the industry.
To be nice is not good for a professional. We should be an expert in our industry. Andsometimes, to be good is not enough either,we should be great.
