I made right decision for my clients to lock for 30 yr fixed rental cash-out for 4.375% a few days ago. Now, I think we can wait a little bit, but still do not expect the rate will go too much lower from here. One reason is that the stock market will go up till the year end.

". Personally I think this is a great achievement. I quoted more than 10 rates for my clients for the past 2 days. Most of the purchases will be closed beginning of Dec. Besides, I ran 15 miles this morning with 14 miles of Marathon Pace. Wow. And I can copy it here:
