My friend just purchased a custom built house.
It is a very good one and with a lots of details.
The listing agent is the dual agent.At the end of
deal, the agent arranged the meeting of the seller
and the buyer. Normally most agents will not do that.

The buyer asked a lot of questions about the feature
and functionality of the appliance of the house(how
to use it, where to find it, etc; and the seller
was the buider of the house), and the seller helped
my friend a lot to understand that. And more important,
the seller left his phone number and email address
to the buyer for any future questions.

My friend said that is very helpful.

This realtor did something other agents never did before.
And my friend appreciated her service and would like
to refer other friends to her.

A little bit extra effort will make the experience
different. And sure, it's a good one.
