I just locked and closed one 5/1 ARM 3.75% a few days, then when I locked another one, the rate became 3.875%. And then another client wanted to get 3.875%, it went up to 4%. But I told him that we can wait, and we should be able to get 3.875% again. All the loan amounts were lower than $453k. And it was for no closing cost at all.Signed for New Orleans Half Marathon 2 weeks later. Not sure about the weather there. Hopefully I can have a good time there.Also, I did great for the recent marathon trainings. Tempo run paces are around 7:25 now, speed workout are all under 7:00. I think I might need to increase the weekly mileage soon.
