I was just back from my vacation from Europe. We visited Vienna, Linz, Salzburg, Hallstatt, Prague etc. Indeed had a great time. We drove in all cities other than Vienna.

Hopefully everyone got the lowest rate around September 7th. We may not see lower rates unless more N Korea crisis, the hurricane etc. Or some major financial news.

I may have better Jumbo rates after Oct. But since after the Fed increased the rate a few times, we can not expect any lower low rates.
