Our old governor Arnold is on the news these
weeks. It's not for the promotion of his new
movies, or state budget plan for the state of
california. And Now he has to put brakes on
Acting Comeback.

A few years back, Linda Kaplan wrote a book:
"The Power of Samll: Why Little Things Make
All the difference". I think Arnold can read this
book now.

I took a only few loans for the past two weeks.
The new regulation was effective starting April 6th,
and the rate was also heading lower, especially the
ARM rate. But the closing was so slow because of
the strict underwriting from the lender. And in order
to take care of my current clients, I decided
not take too many loans now and close all the
loans in the pipeline first. Anyway, we will still
have lots of opportunities this year.

Sometimes, we want to recharge forward faster while taking
a few steps back first.
