The rate trend is lower. Usually the rate difference between 30 yr fixed and 15 yr fixed is 0.5%; If that's the case, 30 yr fixed should be 4.875% soon since we already have 4.375% for 15 yr fixed for some time.
By the way, the auction today is very good. The rate should be good in the next a few days.
