My daughter just had a project to make a few sentences
about "Life is ...". And I asked her which one is good
for me, and she made this comments.

There are a few words for this "balance thing", sometimes
we used the word "compromise", or even "diversify", etc.

Sorry, I did not write lots of blogs recently, though
I have tons of articles in my mind. The past week is
really busy week for me, you may not belive it that
I already closed 2x loans this June. No ownder I was
so busy.

Also, I "balanced" my loan portofolio a few weeks ago.
I took more fixed loans instead(those PF ARM loans
took more time to close, and for fixed loans, I can
close them within 20 days). And it worked pretty well.

Also, for my clients, you will receive emails from my
assistant to request some documents. She is a quick
learner and helped me a lot just a few weeks after the
new position.

I will definetely focus more on the comminication
with my clients, prospects and witing more blogs,
even training more processors(if necessary & needed).

Lots of readers sent me emails about reading my blogs.
And they said that the rate goes the direction as I
stated in the previous blog. Now you guys will believe
why I said that ARM rates bottomed out a few weeks back
even though the fixed rates are lower now. They don't
have to go the same direction. Investors' interest
can influence the rates as well.
