I just talked to one of my clients, and he suggested to me that I should at least mention it in my blog.

I have too many business recently and the the actual rate is lower than listed on the web. I just don't want to attract those "shoppers" and "hoppers". For my old clients and referrals, please call me or email me for the updated rates.

And if I can not pick up the phone, just leave the voicemail. It will send text to my email and I can read it within a minute.
