We have the recent updates from the company.

1)We improved the turn around time from 45+ days to 25 days now by working with another lender. And yes, we will have the best 30 yr fixed rates(<=417k loan).

2)I have the toll free fax number number. You can fax from another where is usa, and it's free now. The fax number is 1-888-338-0568.

3)I have multiple voice mailbox now. So even if I am on the phone, I can still check the voicemail from the web. And also, I will return the phone calls within 4 business hours.

4)More than 95% of the signoff are at my clients home now. I will do it 100% in the future.
