I am preapring the State and national Mortgage Originato exams recently. This is required for all loan originators for all the states. So I am so sorry that I did not update the rates for the past a few days. Still you can send me email if you do really wants the updates.

The rates should be at this low level for quite some time. The only probelm is that it's hard or at least taking a long time to get it closed.

I did have a few loans having difficulties recently, mainly because of the value.

One common issues for some lenders now, they want to review your Trust agreements if your title is in a Trust. I know citi mortgage wants to review it, even though for the subordination.

And the difficulties is to fax so much pages to them. And they "did not" receive it once in a while and we have to refax over  again.
