Though we did not see much lower rates, compared to the rates we quoted a few days ago, if the market continued the sell off, then we might see lower rates, for some loan programs.

I did not write blogs for the last a few days because I was in a very low mood. I do not know why, and I even just ran 3 days for last week. Maybe because I was busier, or because of the following story.

I reserved a house for our April big sur marathon. And it was so interesting that the management company made a mistake for the dates. I reserved the dates for April 22nd to 24th. But they reserved for Jan 22nd to 24th.  On Jan 27th, they called me and asked me why I did not check in, and I told them that I reserved for April. They investigated and checked the recording(do you know that they record our conversations if I called in for the reservation?), and finally we got that settled, and they kept us the dates for April. Anyway, it is a good company.

At the mean time, we found there was another nice house in Carmel Valley, I reserved this one as the backup. It was so much better, on the top of the mountain, I think I will try it next time.

I know this is 50/50 mistake. I should check the confirmation email, especially for the dates, but since I was busy, and I assumed that they would not do anything wrong. But my marathons saved me for the mistake. They did hear me in the recording saying that I would come for the marathon. And the dates are in April. So it is their mistake. But a lesson learned. We need to check the confirmation email next time.
