Personally I would think that the rate will stay at this level for sometime, and will head lower in the winter. My friend broker thinks that the rate may go higher, so they lock the rates at this level. Both opinions are correct. I locked the loans at the current level as well. The only difference is the future rates. And you guys know that I like to "predict" the rates. And I hope I can be correct again. So far so good, is not it?
