I started working on a refinance of 780k(Jumbo)
loan. And the borrower's credit score is 779.
I can get them better rates if we can get 780.

So I worked with the borrowers and the credit bureau
and finally got them re-scored 10 points higher
and the borrower get 0.125% rate better.

And yes,this little effort can save the borrower
more than $50 per month.

And Jumbo programs have better rates for 5/1 ARM. 7/1 ARM
& 10/1 ARM. Please let me know if you interested.
