Weekend review(Jan 27th)
January 27th, 2013 9:42 PM

I hate to make rate prediction. Especially when it goes up and the
prediction is correct. As of this weekend,  all rates are not at
the lowest levels any more.

Usually I focus on my business, the readings, my investment and the
runnings(I did play bridge everyday, but will do the tourament a few
years later).

I still kept reading as planned. And I found that It took me too much
time for the financial news if I want to invest. This is not right.
So I would rather care more on the fundamentals, not the news.

My friend got injury after his marathon. That's what I was worried
about myself and tried to avoid. Because of the rate hike and slower
business, I will definetely finish my first marathon this year. But
I will not have a goal. It will be good enough if I can finish within
5 hours.

Just as I told me client before, no refi is also one of the options.
Try to learn how to slow down and enjoy the life will be one option
for me.

Just FYI, I completed running 121 miles this year. Still on the track
of goal of 1500 miles this year.
