Any prediction is useless at this moment since we can tell in a few hours.

Petsonally I think Fed will announce the Treasury bond purchase around 2 Trillion. Which will help push 30 yr fixed rates to 4.125% area. Will it test new lows? Not sure yet until the market is ready(Bond trading Coupon is not ready yet).
