Even though you guys might not seeing higher interest rate, we can still see the rate is "higher" today. Let's put it another way, the rate will be higher if it goes a little bit higher tomorrow.
 
The stock market is so good today with DOW up another 167 points. It seems like the market will go up till the end of this year. Not bad anyway.

I am back to the NorCal today after a 4 day vacation at LA. It was very hot this weekend, especially today and yesterday. We went to the Venice canal yesterday, and was surprised to find out that the canals were almost dried out, there was almost little water left.

Finished total of 27 pages of "The Power of Moments" so far. I guess that I need to focus on more pages. And when the rate went up, I was relieved that I locked a few loans last week. And I had to be back on my normal running training again.
