RE Market Trend

I know lots of people hope the RE market is going to be down. Actually it will not.

According to the earnings report from DR Horton, the overall supply of housing continues to fall. So when the supply falls, the price normally will go up. Any way, let's check the value 12 months later.

Last night, I had one client called me about the RE market in Vancouver of WA. I happened to know that area for two reasons, 1)I had one clients purchased the property over there in 2014. The price was about 300k for 2800 sqft house. 2)I went to Portland a few times(I went to the Marathon October of 2016 as well). And I know that there are a lot of people work in Portland, but live in Vancouver instead. So when she asked me about the market over there, I told her that the price there will go up. And so does Portland. For Portland, there are a lot of young guys like to go there, and when there is population growth, if the job market is ok, the house price will go up. So will Denver, etc.
