It is very interesting that National Mortgage News publish the top 200 loan originators every year. I know it is not accurate since lots of my friends will not participate, and they do not even know it. If I compare my numbers with the list, I am still ahead of the number 151. So at least I am one of the top 150 loan originators in USA?
Sometimes I think my service, my rate with the competition. And then I will decide what I should improve, what I should do etc. Compared to the business last year, my interest rate is more competitive, but the closing is slower. I know that is normal when the lender has more business and if they did not hire more people. But closing loans efficiently was my advantage for the last decade. I need to balance it in the near future.
Also, I am about twice busier than last year. And I need to find a way to balance the life and work. And starting yesterday, I planned to have a good rest by sleeping earlier, run more miles(plus the 4 marathons this year), biking more and swimming a little bit. I know t is challenging, but I can do it. As I always said, my overall fitness level is better this year.
