Though the stock market is very volatile recently, the ARM rate
and fixed rate still not changed that much.

I still have more than 10 loans floating to wait for the best rate.
Hopefully we can get the rate for the 15 day lock once the loan
all approved.

Though very busy with the mortgage business, and felt very tired
as well. I still need to run. I ran 6 miles yesterday and felt very fresh
afterwards. So I think I should keep the weekly mileage, and keep
training. That's how I should work that way.

Ran 23 miles Saturday, 8 Miles Sunday and 6 miles Monday. Should
I have another speed workout today. I will do 30 seconds fast 30 seconds
slow today with the group.

Also, purchased more books. More on running though, like : Once a Runner,
The perfect Mile, and The Extra Mile. Started a little bit on Once a Runner.
Hard to read than My First 100 Marathons.

Also, picked some MA at 81.34 this morning. Should purchase SBUX around $80 the beginning of this year. just wait for more purchase opportunities
