For the last few weeks of 2014, I was deciding whether to keep WA or PA licenses.
I do have licenses for the two states, but I did not do any PA loans yet, and I
only completed a few WA loans. So I waited until the last minute to try the continue
education for the two states.

On Dec 13, I finished the final exam for WA state. But no matter how hard I tried, I could
not pass the PA final exam. I tried 6 times, and I reviewed for a long time(I was supposed to study only one hour). Since I do not have PA business at all, so I decided to "quit" on Dec 13th, and assume there was a system error for the online final exam.

After reading a few pages of newspaper and played a few games of the bridge, I decided to take the test again. I did not even review it again, and I passed again. Now I can prove that there was a system error last weekend. Otherwise, how come I can only get 67 for 5 times in order to pass the final exam for the score 70.
