It is very interesting that it seems like people are inclined to purchase
multi-family properties now. For the past a few days, I wrote 3 pre-approvals
for duplex and triplex offers.

When the houses become expensive, the 2-4 units cash-flow looks better.
But the maintenance is a big issue. If you have a 4-plex, it will be similar to
maintain 3.x single family properties. But if you have good tenants, and if they
stay there longer, it will be a very good investment.

China cut the interest rate by 0.4% overnight. It pushed the us stocks higher today.
This should be a good gift before the Thanksgiving holidays.
