Good rates on the market?

November 17th, 2014 1:55 PM by Eric Fang

I locked one rate for my client for 30 yr fixed 4.125% for the rental
property with LTV<=60%. We got this rate with impound account and
15 day lock. We processed the file patiently and finally got this rate.

And I will lock another loan for a triplex primary for the 15 yr fixed rate for
3.25%. The rate was 3.375% when I got the application, and we waited
for about two weeks, and finally we have this rate now, and I will lock it tonight.

And I am still help another client for 15 yr fixed rate of 3%. Though it is a little bit
hard after the rate went up, and I think I should be able to lock it soon.
And the strategy is the same, I will lock for 15 days.

The marathon training season is almost over. I finished all the long run
training. So I will have tapering in the next 3 weeks. Could not wait for the
big day.

And also, thank you all for the support of my daughter's first marathon charity run.
She reached her goal for donation of $2500 to the charity Lung Cancer Alliance.
She also finished most of training and is ready for the debut marathon. Here is the page for her donation page: http://myteamlunglove.kintera.org/faf/donorReg/donorPledge.asp?ievent=442225&lis=1&kntae442225=1D61FFBA56664F04A4151E0241E06FF0&supId=410373421
