That usually means that the rate did not change that much.
And I was busy.

Yes it was crazy when the new semester started. Since my daughter started high school schedule, the morning run is a problem for me.
So I will have to get up at or before 5:30am if I decided to run 8 miles.
And I indeed finished two runs Thursday and Friday.

Did read a few good books and articles recently. And I will write in the blogs as well. I used to have the plans to complete 20 books a year, and now I found that I finished most of the running books. Just finished one: Heart Rate Monitor for Dummies. And ordered another book : Chirunning. No wonder my running improved a lot, and I did not have any injuries. Maybe because I have more knowledge and read more books?

Have a great long weekend. I will let you know I do for the Labor Day Race. It is tradition that our whole family will participate the 10k race every Labor Day.

And this year will be special. My daughter will run a marathon, my wife will participate as well. She will run one leg of the Marathon relay.
