Don't know why. This is the hottest loan program recently.
The rate is good for 400k to 625k, no impound account
needed, no LTV 60% needed. So this is fairly good rate
for the market.
Finished running 216 miles last month, and 48 miles last week.
Will finish this week with 53 miles. And the training for the
half marathon will be finished within 2 weeks.
