The rate went up a little bit today after the holiday

Hope you guys have a good Thanksgiving Holiday.

I did enjoy the party with my friends, though
I had to check emails for a purchase loan during
parties. Thanks for my processor who had to
sacraficed the holiday to work on the submission
of the loan. It is a little bit tough for the
schedules during the holiday season.

Some people are still buying. The purchase loans
account more than 70% of my business now. This is
indeed a good sign for my business model and also
I can see from the consumer confidence in the
economy and the RE market.

Among the 7 purchase loans I am working now, two
purchased from the builder as primary. One as 2nd
home. Two purchased from the resale as primary
as well. Other twos as investment rental.

And one more transcation not decided yet since the
bank increase the final sale price even after the initial
short sale approval. That means the lender forsee the
up trend of the RE market.
