The interest rate is a little bit better today.
But overall, the rate is within the trading range
for the last a few months. And it should be that
way for quite sometime. That's why I recommend
my clients to lock the rate when it is low, and
float it when it is high, even for the purchase
loans.

I did another half marathon race this Saturday.
I was 10 seconds(per mile) faster than my best
record. Now my time was 1 hour 37 minutes 17 secs.
It is hard for any improvement unless I will lose
more weight and more training next year. But I think
I should be able to reach my goal of 1:35. Then
that's another 10 seconds improvement.

This a little bit better strategy may help me to
qualify the boston marathon soon.
