I am on vacation now and will be town this weekend.
The interest rat went back to its highest level again.
So it seems like it is hard to get lower rate in the
near future.

I do have a great time in Alaska with sunny weather
so far on the whole trip. I know that we are so lucky.
I heard that there are about 280 rainy days here.

Tried to run around 10 miles on the beach front of Haines.
And I ran three times on the treadmill, but the experience
when the cruise swayed from one side to another, which
was bad for the running form.

I might gain some weight, hopefully it will not affect
too much on my Labor day 10k Race. This is the first race
for the warm up of the Dec Marathon. And there are
two half marathons in Oct, Nov. Hopefully I can try
one 20 mile race in between.

Though I have a very wonderfuly trip, still excited to be
home soon.
