Locked another Fredie Mac loan with loan 230k,
LTV 105% for the rate of 4.375% for 20 yr fixed
for rental with no closing cost at all.

For some rentals, sometimes 20 yr fixed is not a
bad option if 15 yr fixed is too much.

And locked another one with 310k loan
for 10 yr fixed with the rate 2.875%
for no closing cost at all. This is
a primary home loan.

And one week ago, I locked one loan
for 350k with 20 yr fixed for the rate
3.5% for no closing cost at all.
This one with LTV over 60%.

I think the rates are still great.
Be patient, and you will get a good one.
