Different Clients for Different Agents

February 10th, 2012 8:56 AM by Eric Fang

Listen to a webinar this morning about a loan
program for homepath. This is for Fannie Mae
purchase loans, and the buyers can put as low
as 3% down. I know this is a good program for
some first time buyers, but it might not be
good for me.

One of my good loan broker friends called
me yesterday and told me that there are two
lenders with very good rates. One of them has
even better rates than Provident Funding. And more
strict than provident funding. And I am still not
interested in that lender. Most of my clients
are very busy. A lot of them alraedy do not
like PF. I don't want to have those lenders
and my clients will go away.

Some realtors complained about the buyers
about the rebates the buyers requested.
Some buyers will ask it as the first question
when they met the agents. There are more
important issues than rebates when purchase
a house. And a good realtor is worth the dime
they make. It's the same for the loan agent.

It's the time for a newletter. Especially the
rate trend. Yes, I will have one out this weekend.
