It's Friday again. Especially at a day when the
rate is up. So that I can work on my newsletter
and blog, ect.

Do we like low rates? Yes, but we don't like the market
going up or down too fast. If it goes up too fast, there
will be some clients miss the best opportunity. If it goes
down too fast, the lender's locking pipeline will be a
problem.

Though I did not count my site viewer everyday, but
at least 779 people visited by my website/blog today.
