The news said so today on Yhaoo. But the truth is that it's always delayed. 30 Yr high balance had the lowest rates about 1 month ago. 30 Yr fixed 417k kissed 3.875% to 4% a few times. No worry, just get prepared, the application and docs, 4% for 417k is not difficult.
