Last time, we talked about the buyer agent who helpedthe client to get a dean(who beat the cash-offerwith lower buyer price).
And here is the story about the listing agent. There was a short sale/REO property listed for 800k for quite sometime and the bank did not get an offer(don't know why). And the bank decided to changea listing agent. The new agent listed that propertyfor only 720k. But this listing price drove lotsof traffic for this property. And to everyone's surprise,the property was sold for 775k. And the market pricewas only about 750k. At least the bank is very happy about the deal.
I know some buyers would like to choose those agentswho can offer the "rebates". Sometimes, the experiencedagents can make your buying/selling experience different.
