I have a lender who is eagerly to get our business(and other loan originators). And I think their strategy works.
Basically they give us the best 30 yr fixed rates(better than most other lenders). And they asked us to try this lender for about one month. The transation is so smooth and the system is easy to use and their rate is very competitive.
And most important that they can close the loans within 30 days even in this busy market.
