A lot of people does not know that the interest rate went up around 0.25% for most of loan programs for the past week. And I thought the rate should pull back today. But it did not.
Anyway, every investor should read this PIMCO manager Bill Gross' article today. It's very entertaining to read his article.
The market is a little bit nervous now, we may not see much better interest rate until after next Wednesday.
