HARP program extended till June 30, 2011. Is this a good news? Yes. Especially for those area with the impoved sale price. More and more boroowers can qualify if the value will be up a little bit more.
Now let's waits for Fed's decision for MBS purchase. WE will expect FED will extend as well, or some other entities will step in when FEd exits after March 31st.
So don't worry about the rates. We will have another good year for low rates. Will it be lower than Nov/Dec 2009? Not sure about it yet.
