Starting today, I will order fraud alert for all the rental properties.
It's just one way to property the brokerage. If the rental property loan is in default and the lender find any misrepresentation, they will request the brokerage to repurchase the loan back. The fraud alert is proof to show the lender that we did everything we can to make sure all the information are correct.
