Treasurys Hold Gains After 3-year-note Sale, so are the MBS. The interest rate held pretty well compared to Monday. Though the bonds were oversold, it may take a few weeks to regain the strength. It may take longer time to get better rates. Let's watch how soon we have the reverse of the trend.
