I have a few loans approved the past week with Loan to
Value Ratio over 80%. The rates are all 4.875% for no
closing cost(loan amount less than 417k).

The good news is that one loan with Loan to value ratio
103%, one has the appraisal waived. Two of them are
Freddie Mac loans, Three with Fannie Mae.

More lenders will support this program in June. And
we should see approvals with Loan to Value ratio over
80% for 625k loans soon.
