ARM rate higher for about 0.125% for most of the loan programs. 30 Yr fixed rates are ok. 15 yr fixed a little bit higher.

DOW has another record high. Yes, the stock might go higher and higher for quite sometime. The economy is not bad.

Did not do  much of the readings for the past two days. It might be due to the running. Seems like I am running a little bit better recently. I can run 10 seconds faster for the marathon pace. I do not know it until the New York Marathon or CIM. So in order to prepare for a good training, I slept a little bit more, during the nap and the evening.

Will focus more on the reading the rest of the week.
