That's normal after Fed increase the rate a few weeks ago. 15 Yr fixed, and 30 yr fixed rates were stable for the past 3-4 weeks.

Sorry for not being able to update the blog. I was vising Yunnan for the past 8 days. We visted Kunming, Dali, Lijiang, LuGu Lake, Shangri-La. We indeed had a very good time. The only other thing was that I gained about 5-8 pounds. I do not know whether this is good or not. I just could nit resist the delicious food, and I plan to lose those extra pounds after I am back.

And also I did not go running at all, just because of the high elevation.  In Shangri-La, the elevation was over 10000 feet, in most of the areas, the elevation are over 6000 feet. Anyway, I think it will be easy to lose extra pounds. But I am not sure whether I can run a PR for Oct Rock N Roll San Jose Half marathon.
