It is so great to have Feb 29th this year. We can have it only once every 4 years. So it is a great day. Is not it?

I plan to have a lender guideline updates in the upcoming letter. I think it is not a bad idea to have another newsletter after this weekend. Especially the newsletter after each race or each marathon? 

Yes, that's right, I will run Napa Marathon this weekend. And I am ready.

But still I want to share with you the following changes:

1)We can do loans after 4 years short sale.
2)If you have more than 4 loans, you can still cash-out until you have 6 loans
3)If you have Duplex to 4-plex primary, now we have good rates as well.
4)If your credit score is over 700, but less than 740, try to see whether we can get better rate for you.
5)If the LTV 80% and not perfect credit score, there are some lenders with good rates.
