The interest rate is still not at the recent lows. Even though 30 yr fixed, 15 yr fixed
rate already pretty low. But ARM rate is still higher than the recent lows.

Wen the stock market is down, I tried to purchase more stocks, like MA or SBUX.
But SBUX is not down, MA is not down enough. Anyway, this is just a correction.

Read something yesterday about writing a diary. I hope I can do it in the future.
It was said that it will be interesting if you read it a few years later, or 10 years later.
I know it is very true. Just check the internet 10 years ago. And now the communication is much either with those social media.

Talking about the social media thing, our classmates were connected by wechat and facebook. And we participated the Marathon relay last weekend in Sacramento. Lots of my friends(classmates) like it. So we decided to have it as an annual event. And next year we will go to Vancouver to run 2015 BMO Vancouver Marathon. We will have fun again. And in 2016, we will go to east coast.
