Not sure whether this is a good sign or not.Normaly this will suggest a higher 30 yr fixed rate. So at least the 30 yr fixed will not go down too much from here.
For 5/1 ARM rate, I closed one loan with 2.625%in Dec, and now the rate is around 2.875% to 3%range. Jumbo and high balance rate is still pretty good.
